Normally closed solenoid valve, also known as an electro-valve. Brass body and 1" NPT process connection. 110 Volts.
It eliminates the need for a person to operate the valve manually. It operates using an electromagnetic solenoid coil to change the state from normally closed to open. When the coil is energized, the valve opens due to the electromagnetic force produced by the pump.
