SHIPPING POLICY

Once we have your payment, you will be assigned a tracking guide. With it you will be able to enter the portal of the shipping package provider and thus check the status of your order in real time.

The receipt of the merchandise is required for delivery: In case you are not at the address you registered for delivery of the merchandise, please consider an alternate shipping address where someone you trust can receive your order. Please note that we will NOT be able to adjust the shipping address once your package leaves our warehouse. Ownership and risk of loss for all products will pass to you upon delivery.

Packages that cannot be delivered: In the event that the courier tells us that they have returned the package twice without being able to deliver, the product will be returned to us and you will have to cover the cost of another shipment so that we can send it to you again.

Shipping and order processing conditions

- The estimated delivery period will be subject to the package through which your package travels, it is determined by its location.

- The delivery of the merchandise will be made in an estimated period of 3 to 5 business days from Monday to Friday, being subject to the availability of the product, the payment confirmation time and the processing time of the warehouse and packaging.

- Orders will begin to process until payment has been confirmed. Orders whose payment is confirmed before 12:00 PM are shipped the same day, orders with payment confirmed after 12:00 PM. they are shipped until the next business day.

- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin shipping processing on the next business day, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Guadalajara City time.

- Unanticipated changes in the supply may affect the availability of the product.

- One guide is used per shipment.

PRICES

The total order price includes: the price of the product at the time of purchase plus applicable taxes and shipping charges. Instrutek reserves the right to change prices for products displayed on our page at any time, but will respect the prices of orders that have been made prior to the change.

Prices may vary according to the sales channel (store, internet and promotions).

DELAYS AND OTHER RESTRICTIONS

If the estimated times change, Instrutek will contact you by email and / or phone to let you know the updated status of your shipment. In case of doubts, contact us through ventas@instrutek.com.mx.

In the event of a natural or social disaster, bad weather or political problem; the shipping period can be up to 30 business days.
