We manufacture the parts of all our gauges from start to finish in Mexico
1.Case Production
We cut, perforate and rectify the mold of the box.
2.Socket Production
We machine and drill the hole our socket with specific measures
3.Welding
We join our socket with the bourdon tube to assemble the mechanism
4. Micro-machining
We assemble the mechanism and rivet the arm.
5. Calibration
With automatic calibrators, we test 100% of the production batches.
6. Crimping
We compact the box to seal the contents.
7. Leak Test
We check the pressure gauge for air leaks.
